一直以来都很喜欢简单的传统式早餐:一杯咖啡/奶茶,生熟蛋和加央牛油面包(烘的/蒸的)。在繁华的吉隆坡城市里,除了Oldtown White Coffee 以外,我还真的不知道哪儿有老店可以让我吃到如此幸福简单的早餐。所以,除了每一次回到家乡那温暖的小镇以外---文德甲,到了槟岛我都会选择这类型的早餐。已有百年历史的广泰来茶室是其中一间你绝对不能错失的茶室,位于Hutton Lane。
看到墙上挂的新闻剪贴吗?糖王和林冠英可是这家茶室的老顾客。
茶室里的桌椅摆设等依然保持那古老的味道。而我,偏爱这种古老的味道。
食物和饮料的价钱。我想目前只有槟岛/北上的地方才有这么合理的价格。我现在喝的Teh Susu 奶茶都至少要RM 2.00。
咖啡。
平时的我都爱喝奶茶(遗传爸爸),但到了槟城到了这些老店,我都喜欢喝咖啡。因为这些咖啡不是每个地方都可以喝到的。对我来说,很珍贵。这咖啡,香浓度恰到好处,喜欢因为不会太过稀薄,也不会太浓太苦,不会太甜。至于奶茶,下次吧! :)
Roti Kahwin。 烤面包,涂上牛油和加央。
加央都是自制的,店里也有卖。面包烤得还蛮酥脆的,最重要的是不会太焦。加央很香。
至于生熟蛋,被遗忘了。忘了拍照 -。-|||
