Yeah peanut lotus root chicken soup is my favorite soup all the time. Learn how to cook this soup since Form 1. Now i used to cook it once a week if im free. Simple yet nice to drink :)
.♥ Ingredients that i used to cook the soup : red dates, lotus root, peanut and chicken. Add some ginger too (1 or 2 small slices enough) then add some salt.
.♥ Cook for about 3-4 hours then ready to be served :) I love it ~

ReplyDeleteAs my dad used to say, this is 'good for what ails you'! Chicken soups and stews are perfect for cold and flu season, both to prevent and treat 'em. Plus they're delicious and easy to make!
